CloseRavi Bhalla is Head of Group Design for Lloyds Banking Group. He is a high impact enterprise level senior leader with over 15 year’s management experience across telecoms, insurance and financial services in both industry (BT, AIG, Barclays, HSBC & Lloyds Banking Group) and consulting (KPMG). Highly respected programme lead with a strong customer, digital and lean background in roles ranging from strategy, operations, digital, multi-channel & product/proposition development.
Ravi currently leads an internal strategy and transformation consulting function in Lloyds Banking Group. This has included shaping initiatives such as Customer Vulnerability, Architectural Simplification, Advanced Analytics, Cloud organisational readiness, Regulatory design and Operational Resilience. Previously, as a KPMG consultant Ravi worked with a number of challenger banks and FinTech’s and played a pivotal role in establishing KPMG’s fintech practice and propositions. Ravi has attained a number of awards including the Barclays Gold Experience Award, the Lloyds Banking Group Leadership: Inspire Delivery Award and the Lloyds Banking Group Leadership: Inspire Collaboration Award. He has also been nominated for the Lloyds Banking Group authentic leadership programme for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnics (BAME) colleagues who demonstrate the attributes and potential to attain an executive level position. As a BAME sponsor, he has provided mentoring and coaching to BAME colleagues who aspire and have the potential to become future senior leaders in Lloyds Banking Group. Ravi holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of East Anglia and an MA in Management, Economics and International Relations from the University of St Andrews. His has published a number of articles in internationally peer reviewed journals including ‘FinTech innovation: revolutionary or evolutionary business model disruption? Sunil Dixit is a Managing Director in BBVA's Global Client Solutions area and leads the delivery of the digital transformation of the bank to support the achievement of BBVA's strategic purpose of bringing the age of opportunity to everyone.
Client Solutions is the main creation areas of the bank, including delivery of core new capabilities and New Digital Businesses - which focuses on investing and launching disruptive innovative digital banking businesses as well as fostering collaboration and partnerships with the start-up and developer ecosystem.
Sunil joined BBVA in July 2017 and is based in Madrid. Prior to BBVA, he worked for Barclays, leading on strategy, embracing disruptive technologies and the start-up ecosystem.
Sunil graduated from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in India with a Bachelors in Technology (BTech). He subsequently studied for an MBA in Strategy and Finance at the University of Carnegie Mellon (CMU).
Adrian Sturley is Head of International Growth Strategy of the FIS Next Generation Banking division. As such he has accountability for growing the company’s Next Generation Banking platform in all markets outside of North America, including the modern core banking solution as well as Code Connect, FIS’ extensive API Marketplace. This includes evaluating customer and market needs to drive overall banking capabilities.
Adrian is a proven business leader with over 25 years of experience in financial services and technology. His current role expands upon previous activity in managing banking and value add products within the FIS international business. In addition, Adrian has worked with Fintech organizations, bringing new innovative products to market and helping organizations drive improved customer experience.
Adrian’s experience includes delivery of FIS’ key banking solutions, pre-sales, operations and directing product and market strategy. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the West of England.
