CloseRachelle Alexis Lim is the Executive Director of Strategy & Business Development in 2C2P, a payments platform provider trusted by global businesses. She joined 2C2P in January 2016 as the company was expanding its operations in Asia. She has since set up the Hong Kong and Philippine offices, and has been actively expanding 2C2P’s strategic partnerships regionally across different markets.
Prior to 2C2P, Rachelle served as Head of Products for Global Payments Asia Pacific, driving new product launches and product extensions in the POS terminal, eCommerce, and integrated solutions space. She also previously held several positions in the Retail Banking division of HSBC Philippines, where she headed the eBusiness services unit and led several projects including the launch of eCommerce acquiring, the joint venture deal closing of the merchant acquiring business, among others.
Rachelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. She is based in Hong Kong
Hermawan Tjakradiwiria currently is the Country Head, Nexus Banking at Standard Chartered, leading one of the most ambitious Banking-as-a-Service project in Indonesia.
Hermawan joined Standard Chartered as Country Head, Nexus Banking since July 2020. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Mawan was the Digital Banking Development Head at Bank Danamon, with responsibility for digital product strategy and bank-wide digital strategy.
He had also successfully set up a venture arm of AirAsia group from scratch in Indonesia and developed as well as launched multiple digital applications.
Mawan, who brings with him over 17 years of working experience and having held leadership and strategic roles in the digital and e-commerce space, at various multinational companies, completed a Business and IT Management program at Jonkoping International Business School in Sweden.

Vishal Tulsian, based in Indonesia, has over nineteen years of career as a financial expert and intrapreneur, working in in several executive functions in large Corporations, within a strong multinational environment.
He leads a Digital Bank in Indonesia, Amar Bank which is reinventing itself as a Digital Bank. He successfully launched a FinTech product, Tunaiku.com and becoming the first FinTech Bank in Indonesia.
He is Harvard Alumni, has another masters from University of Liverpool, Chartered Accountant, and few more degrees and certificates in technology.
Louis joined DBS Bank in December 2009. He now heads a team that is focused on the bank’s key customer-facing self-service digital channels in Singapore. These include the bank’s public websites, internet banking and mobile banking platforms, the iWealth app, marketplaces, chatbots, and more.
He is also responsible for defining and driving the overall digital strategy and roadmap for the bank in Singapore, which includes leading digital transformation and innovation efforts. His team also looks at the bank’s Digital Value Capture program and other proprietary digital frameworks for the bank’s consumer banking business here in Singapore.
Bryan Carroll is Chief Executive Officer of TNEX - Vietnam’s first Digital Only SME and Consumer Lifestyle banking proposition. He also sits on the board of two fintech firms: Xtremepush, based in Ireland, and adprov.io based in the US.
Bryan is a highly experienced practitioner in the areas of Digital Banking, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Information Security and Technology Architecture. Before joining MSB he held senior roles with many Banks, Fintechs and Venture Capital companies across Europe, Middle East, Asia and North America, including Rabobank International, Alfa-Bank Russia, Bank of Ireland, Royal Bank of Scotland and National Bank of Abu Dhabi.
Anupam Verma is Chief Executive – ICICI Bank Singapore and Regional Head for South East Asia and Sri Lanka. ICICI Bank has a Full Banking License in Singapore, representative offices in Malaysia & Indonesia and offers product & services across Corporate, Institutional and NRI banking. He leads a team of 110 employees and is responsible for roll out of ICICI bank’s strategy in the region.
Anupam started his career as a Management graduate with ICICI Ltd in 1999 in Project Financing for Oil & Gas sector (i.e exploration, refining, petrochemicals and fertilizers).
In 2002, he moved to Corporate Banking as a Client Banker, where he was responsible for coverage and delivering solutions across Commercial banking, Treasury and Investment banking products. During his tenor, apart from managing relationship with some of the large corporate houses, he handled a wide spectrum of industries.
In 2009, he moved to International Banking as a Business Head- International Financial Institutions. In this role, he managed Bank’s business with 500 financial institutions across 60 countries. Apart from coverage, he was also responsible for credit and business compliance.
He was also responsible for Fund-raising for the overseas offices of ICICI Bank in International wholesale markets. During his tenure, ICICI Bank was awarded the “Best Borrower in India” by Finance Asia three years in a row.
In his current role since 2015, he is responsible to expand the ecosystem profit pool and enhance market share in the region by capturing investment, trade and remittance flows in SEA-India corridor. The clients in SEA for the bank include MNCs & indian corporates, Institutions (Sovereign Wealth Funds, Portfolio Investors and Private Equity Funds) and affluent NRIs.
Born 1974, Mr. Verma is B.Tech from The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and completed his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur in 1999. He lives in Singapore, with his wife and two children.
Stuart is an internationally recognised leader in Digital Transformation, Innovation and Design. He has over 20 years of experience spanning innovation in major private, public, and startup organisations around the world, in many sectors. He was CEO of a Global Innovation & Design Company for over a decade delivering a wide range of projects for clients in all sectors. He is currently Executive Director & Regional Head of Engagement & User Experience Design at UOB Digital Bank.
Before UOB Stuart was the Chief of Digital Innovation & Design at National University Singapore (NUS) Institute of System Science. He led, designed and delivered an extensive executive education, consulting programme in Digital Design & Innovation. Over 6000 professionals from all industry sectors have passed through this programme and several high profile innovation projects have been completed. In January 2016 Forrester Research identified the programme as “leading the way in Asia”.
Stuart originally trained in Environmental Technology & Law at Imperial College, London and then graduated into building automated Air Pollution Sensor Networks and Computer Aided Environmental Technologies. He moved into Corporate Innovation Labs during the “dotcom” boom and developed several methodologies for delivering large scale digital innovation. His work covered a broad spectrum from Human Computer Interactions to Smart Cities and large scale urban developments.
Stuart and has served on the National Library Board (NLB) IT Steering Committee, Ministry Of Health (MOH) Expert Panel on Innovation, SPRING SME Innovation Grant Approval Panel and the Design Singapore/EDB Innovation By Design Programme.
Miss Supaneewan joined KASIKORNBANK in 2004 as a Senior Corporate Strategy Officer. In 2009 she was assigned to lead Retail Payment and Foreign Exchange Products Management Department. After that she was promoted to be a Department Head of Consumer Segment Management Department.
Currently, Miss Supaneewan is Executive Vice President. She is a new generation of KBank’s management team who has been assigned to supervise Integrated Channel and Business Solutions Division to actively serve customers across multiple channels and let KBank meet and exceed expectations of increasingly demanding customer. Deepak Sharma heads Kotak Mahindra Bank’s digital initiatives, and is responsible for digital transformation and digital-led businesses of the bank. He is also responsible for digital initiatives across lending, payments, investments, insurance, SME & Institutional banking segments along with website, social and digital banking channels. Deepak also leads Innovation Lab, Fintech partnerships and new product development.
Under his leadership, Kotak launched several innovative and global first products like Jifi, Hashtag banking, Bharat Banking, M-Store & Kaypay. Deepak believes in constant innovation and focuses on building business models which are customer centric and disruptive. Deepak has worked across various international markets and brings global perspective to his business. Prior to this, he was responsible for setting up the Bank’s highly successful Non Resident Indian (NRI) & International Remittance business. Deepak also played a key role in launching the Bank’s affluent banking programme - Privy League.
With over 22 years of experience, Deepak’s professional tenure spans across the banking, telecom and service verticals. Prior to joining Kotak, he was part of the leadership team of Consumer Banking at Standard Chartered bank from 2003 to 2008. As National Head for Corporate Business, he was responsible for building the corporate payroll and Wealth Management business.
Deepak has completed an advanced programme in Strategy from IIM Calcutta & Lead Certified in Corporate Innovation from Stanford GSB. He is also part of various trade and business committees and writes on subjects related to business.
Jimmy Koh is the Chief Commercialisation Officer (CCO) of TMRW Digital Group (TDG).
With more than 20 years of banking experience, Jimmy has held leadership positions in a wide variety of subject matters. At UOB, he headed Macro and Markets Research, Investor Relations and Credit Rating. In 2017, Jimmy joined the Group Wholesale Banking Sector Solutions Group (SSG) as part of the Bank’s transformative initiative. Jimmy helmed and institutionalized both insights and data analytics to enable sectoral strategies. SSG develops solutions by leveraging on industry insights and data analytics of value chains, ecosystems and connectivity across the region.
In his role as TDG CCO Jimmy is responsible to drive TDG strategy, business growth and market share across ASEAN, ensuring that all functions of TDG are aligned to meet TMRW’s strategic commercial objectives.
A career transaction banker, Vincent focuses on developing and commercializing working capital and payments products for commercial, corporate, and institutional customers across Asia. Vincent is currently Head of International Payments, Asia Pacific at HSBC Global Liquidity and Cash Management. Vincent started his digital banking journey with HSBCnet 15 years ago, and had held various cash product management roles with Citi and ANZ. He also holds Masters Degrees from University of Michigan Rackham Graduate School and The Chinese University of Hong Kong Business School.
Based in Singapore, Judy Bei is the Global Head of Payments and Receivables Product for corporate clients at Standard CharteredBank. In her current role Judy provides simple instant and borderless solutions to leading fintech as well as Multi-National Corporations to expedite their international growth. Judy has more than 16 years’ experience in cash management in the United States and in Asia. Prior to joining StandardChartered, Judy was in various global and regional leadership roles atCitigroup in New York, managing institutional and consumer transaction banking products. She launched the world’s first open loop transit payment platform inNew York and advised Fortune 500 corporations on cash management needs. At the beginning of her career, Judy spent four years in management consulting helping multi-national corporations develop growth strategies. Judy was born in China and has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. She has three daughters and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Peter has nearly 20 years of experience in building multi-billion dollar corporate businesses in Asia.
He has successfully developed, launched and managed multiple 100M+ products across Asia for Intel Semiconductor and has held positions in Product management, Branding & campaign development, Retail engagement and sales, Social media community creation, New Product P&L and multiple areas of specialization in digital marketing.
Peter has worked directly with teams in over 40 countries globally to deliver business results and growth. With over 15 yrs of business experience in Asia Go To Market Strategy, he has an intimate knowledge of local market needs, channel strategies and how to motivate teams.
Peter was the creator of the Hong Kong based Corporate Innovation Accelerators that launched 75 new High technology Startups into funding rounds across multiple industries. He is a hands on Early Stage Investor in a portfolio of cutting edge technology startups based in Hong Kong, who continue to expand as they solve real world problems in Healthcare, FinTech and "internet of Things' sectors.

Mayda is a member of the board of ANZ Global Services and Operations (Chengdu) Company Limited and Head of Technology for ANZ Technology Campus China. She was the founder of itSMFSingapore Chapter. Her experience in leadership roles in digital and technology is extensive.

Caecilia is the Co-Founder and CEO of YouTrip, a regional financial technology company dedicated to creating a next-generation digital banking experience in Asia.
Prior to founding YouTrip, Caecilia worked at Citibank overseeing growth investments in the consumer and technology sectors in the Southeast Asian and China regions. Additionally, Caecilia worked at McKinsey advising financial institutions across Asia on market entry, customer segmentation, and retail product strategies. Caecilia’s FinTech experiences prior to YouTrip include positions at Lufax, China’s leading online wealth management platform, and QF Pay, a China-based global mobile payments company backed by Sequoia China.

Brad Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of Wave Money, a fintech joint venture in Myanmar owned by Telenor Group, Yoma Strategic Holdings, First Myanmar Investments (FMI) and Yoma Bank. Wave Money is the leading fintech company in Myanmar, serving over millions of customers monthly across a network of 38,000 agents.
Previously Brad headed mobile money and innovation for Visa in Asia Pacific, North Africa and the Middle East. Prior to Visa, Brad was the founding Managing Director of Wing Cambodia, the first bank-led mobile money deployment in Asia. Bringing over 14 years of Private Equity and Corporate Finance experience across Southeast Asia, Nikhilesh’s expertise includes debt and equity financing across diverse sectors, as well as portfolio management and value creation at SME companies . He founded the M&A Advisory practice at Taipan Partners, focusing on consumer and tech sector deals across South East Asia. Prior to Validus, he led M&A deals for Masan Group and developed key experience in portfolio management and capital raising for various companies as an Investment Manager at Avigo Capital Partners.

Cameron has over 10 years’ experience in Fraud and AML within Compliance and Investigations capacities across Banking and E-commerce sectors. For the last 5 years at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS), Cameron has worked with Multi-National customers across APAC, helping them to leverage Digital Identity Data to reduce fraud and maintain a positive customer experience. Prior to joining LNRS, Cameron worked at organisations such as ThreatMetrix, Citi, ANZ and William Hill.

Prior to Salesforce, Sujith spent over 20 years with Oracle both in the US and in Asia. Most recently he was SVP of MarTech.
Outside of work, Sujith enjoys portrait and studio photography, camping and hiking, and of course, spending time with his family. Sujith is passionate about giving back to the community and contributes to efforts spearheaded by Union Church in Hong Kong as well as the local Boy Scouts of America chapter.

Eli Shoshani is the Head of Sales for Asia. Based in Singapore for the last 18 years, he leads the Sales and Marketing team, managing the Bottomline businesses in the region. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the financial technology industry across Asia, UK and South Africa, Eli has participated in numerous industry events across Asia as a public speaker discussing growing market trends in the Asia financial landscape. Prior to Bottomline, Eli held several senior management positions in other financial technology firms such as Finastra, D+H and Fundtech . Eli holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Business and Economics.
Frederic is the vice president Asia-Pacific at Jumio in Singapore responsible for leading Jumio’s efforts to launch and expand its online identity verification solutions in the region across a broad range of verticals including banking, financial services, sharing economy, cryptocurrency, and online gaming. Frederic has more than a decade of Asia Pacific experience selling and marketing information security, identity & access management solutions, including Micro Focus, OpenText, and Autonomy, targeting top ASEAN commercial and government enterprises.
A veteran in both the finance and technology industries, Richard is helping to lead Feedzai's global scaling. Before joining Feedzai, Richard held Vice President roles at both Experian and Accertify, during which time he built global sales teams and helped lead regional expansion. Richard has held leadership positions with Visa and PayPal, following various technical and development roles, and has also served as a member on the board of the Merchant Risk Council.
Dom is the Managing Director of APAC (ex-JAP/KOR) of Episode Six. He is responsible for managing and growing Episode Six's business and footprint across the region.
Dom has more than twenty years of experience in areas like business development, payments, leadership and entrepreneurship in the technology, data and financial services sectors, having worked in US, UK, Germany and Switzerland, in addition to Singapore where Dom is located since 9 years. Myles has been building and enhancing financial technology businesses in APAC for over 20 years. He leads the Mambu APAC team and supports our partners in their efforts to serve our growing regional customer base. He is responsible for leading growth and driving execution in APAC.

Leonardo holds a degree in Economics and a master’s in international development. Since 2019 he is the CEO of CLIK Credit Bureau. An early advocate of the credit reporting industry in Indonesia, Leonardo has been involved since 2010 in developing the Country’s data sharing infrastructure.
Prior to his role in CLIK Leonardo worked first as regional sales director for SEA and then as the Indonesia country director for CRIF S.p.A. one of the leading credit bureau and FINTECH companies in the World. He has gained extensive experience in supporting lenders in digital transformation projects blending data assets, advanced analytics and technology
Urvashi Gupta is the Regional Manager for Onfido in Singapore, covering all of Asia and ANZ.
Juliette has a wealth of experience across television and radio, having worked in financial services at Bloomberg back in the 90s, moving to Sky afterwards, as well as working at BBC world in the business unit. Comfortable speaking on FS topics, she’s also done a lot of work at large summits including Davos, Sibos and logistical events in Leipzig.
