Maya Epstein is the Design Lead at award-winning energy supplier Octopus Energy, where she caters to the diverse needs of Octopus' 2.2 million customers, managing creation of accessible, usable, and lovable experiences. She developed her passion for designing purpose-led products while at healthcare communications agency Havas Lynx, where amongst other projects she applied her human centred design skills to create an app that helped patients undergo immunotherapy treatments. In a previous life Maya worked as an illustrator and digital designer for Vice, Resident Advisor and Reykjavik Design Festival.
Vidar has 20 years of experience from working in the intersection between strategy, innovation and digital solutions. Creating growth, differentiations and superior customer experiences and value. The last 7 years he has primarily worked with digital identity, including BankID which is the defacto eID in Norway. He is now a product manager with Vipps, Norway’s leading mobile wallet, and have been responsible for developing and launching Vipps Login, a service that enable super easy registration and login.
With twenty years' experience covering all aspects of Information Security, Nick Caley has advised global clients in industry and government on security strategy and the operational capabilities that enable organisations to protect their most valuable assets.
Engagements over the last two decades have provided Nick with detailed knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and the protection of sensitive, high value data. As Enterprise has developed hybrid architectures and data driven business models, Nick has advised on how to enable digital transformation whilst reducing risks.
With ForgeRock, Nick is responsible for Financial Services and Regulatory with a focus on guiding organisations to deliver successful outcomes beyond compliance with GDPR, PSD2 and Open Banking.
Juliette has a wealth of experience across television and radio, having worked at Bloomberg back in the 90s, moving to Sky afterwards, as well as working at BBC World in the business unit.
