Jason Maude currently works at Starling Bank as their Head of Technology Advocacy. He is a coder, coach, and public speaker. He has over a decade of experience working in the financial sector, primarily in creating and delivering software. He is passionate about explaining complex technical concepts to those who are convinced that they won't be able to understand them. He is also host of the Starling podcast.
Between 1998 and 2004 Jacques was founder/owner of the first Social media platform in Luxembourg. His website was the most visited site in Luxembourg for several years by convincing their users with regular innovative ideas. Between 2007 and 2017 Jacques was Deputy Head of the Electronic Banking Development Team of BCEE ( Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat). In 2012 Jacques received the Young ICT Talent of the Year Award and in 2017 his team won the ICT “Team of the Year” Award. In 2018 Jacques joins LUXHUB as CEO, an European Open Banking Platform founded by 4 major Luxembourgish Retail Banks.
Jacques has a strong experience in Electronic Banking, Innovation, Social Media and love to transpose non-standard outstanding ideas.
Erik is a well-known expert in the areas of Digital Transformation and API Strategy. Originally from Berlin, has a Ph.D. from ETH Zurich and has worked at ETH Zurich and UC Berkeley -world-renowned universities. Erik joined the corporate world in 2011 and has used his background in Web technologies and decentralized architecture to help organisations better scale their IT architecture and strategy. Erik is part of the Catalyst team at Axway where his main role is to help customers to do the right things. Erik publishes on blogs, YouTube, writes papers and standards documents, speaks with customers about their initiatives and journeys, and travels a lot to conferences and meetings.
Lindley Gooden is a journalist and filmmaker who has worked at the very top levels of British broadcasting and news since the early 1990s.
He has worked in national radio and television as:
- A Senior BBC Journalist
- A presenter on channels as diverse as BBC One, Radio 1, BBC Three and Five and a range of other national and regional radio stations.
- The Consumer Affairs Correspondent on Sky News and Five
Prior to his years in the national media, he was known as the most successful Head of News in local commercial radio – launching new services and dramatically raising audience share and reach, using tools that have since been adopted by radio groups across the UK.
Lindley now works with companies, charities, government and other organisations creating and delivering their own media needs.
